If you have any queries about how to use the API, contact us via email ( at any time. API support is available only via email while other regular support is available via email, phone and chat. 

When reaching out to us for API support, do ensure you have reviewed the following checklist:

  1. Did you signup with Remitr here ?
  2. If step 1 is already done, Are you able to access Remitr for business portal ?
  3. If step 2 is a success, are you able to view the API key under "Settings > API Key" ?
  4. Are you able to access the API documentation and use the production end point base URL: ?
