When you're ready to go live:

  • The technical SPOC signs off once the API implementation is completed.
  • Our dedicated Customer Success team helps our customers with any questions about how to best use Remitr, or even about any questions concerning their payments.
    They are reachable on care@remitr.com / 1844-4-REMITR (1844-473-6487).
  • After you start using the live system via API, your test account would be deactivated unless you wish to retain it for a little longer.
